These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from HELIOS. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. The products
The HELIOS Super Glide is a recreational leisure product. It is not a life-saving device and not a personal flotation device. It must not be relied upon for buoyancy or safety. Users under 16 require adult supervision. Use only in calm, supervised water, wear an approved flotation device where required, and follow all local waterway rules and laws.
2. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Specifications such as runtime, weight capacity and setup time are manufacturer figures; real-world results vary with rider weight, water and air conditions, and use. Colours may appear differently on different screens.
3. Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free and there are no hidden fees. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a price or description has been listed in error, or where an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via the methods shown. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

6. Warranty and liability
The motors and battery are warranted for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects. Except where the law provides otherwise, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Assumption of risk
Water-based activity carries inherent risk. You use the product at your own risk and are responsible for assessing conditions, your own swimming ability, and that of anyone in your care.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, video, logos and design — belongs to HELIOS or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place your order is the version that applies to it.
